Are the milk filters available directly from stock?
The milk filters are available from stock. If your ordered size is not in stock anyway, you will receive an email or phone call with the date on which the order will be sent.

You can track your order via a track and trace number. You will receive this by mail.
By whom is my order delivered?
By GLS transport. Gls is a courier company that delivers orders within the EU.
Do I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail after your order.
Do I also receive a paper invoice?
Together with the order you will also receive a paper invoice.
What is the delivery time?
Your order will be sent after receipt of your payment. This is 3 working days on the road.
